10. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, VIDEOSHARE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

- Loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses
- Damages resulting from unauthorized access to your account
- Damages resulting from TikTok's actions or policies
- Any content posted through the Service
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us (if any) in the twelve months preceding the claim.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless VideoShare and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

12. Termination

12.3 Effect of Termination
