4. Account Registration and Security

When you connect your TikTok account to our Service:

• Any errors in the Service will be corrected
• Your content will be successfully posted to TikTok

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, VIDEOSHARE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses
• Damages resulting from unauthorized access to your account
• Damages resulting from TikTok's actions or policies
• Any content posted through the Service

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us (if any) in the twelve months preceding the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless VideoShare and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your use of the Service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights
• Content you upload or share through the Service

12. Termination

12.1 By You

You may stop using the Service at any time by disconnecting your TikTok account and discontinuing use.

12.2 By Us

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, if:

• You breach these Terms
• We are required to do so by law
• We discontinue the Service
• Your conduct may harm other users or our business

12.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

19. Assignment

You may not assign or transfer these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign our rights and obligations under these Terms without restriction.
